  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over 200 AED (excluding delivery charges).

  • Remote Areas: Delivery can take between 1-7 days.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that an item is lost or arrives damaged, we will resend a new product to the customer, along with a coupon code as an apology for the inconvenience. Alternatively, we can issue a refund.
